Family: 

BCG is a family-owned, general contractor and construction management firm with three generations of experience and passion. Our family’s display of high moral standards set us apart from our competitors. We pride ourselves on structure, function, execution and personal attention in our day-to-day activities. These four principles allow us to resolve problems, assure cohesion and strengthen operations:

• Structure- to construct or arrange according to a plan. This plays true on every single construction project. We clearly define the goals of the project and then layout a definitive plan to achieve each goal and objective.

• Function- the job or duty of a person. This allows us to keep every team member accountable. Giving team members specific responsibilities will ensure that every job is carried out in a flawless way—on time and within budget.

• Execution- is the act of doing or performing something. Once we have the structure and function in place, proper execution becomes the next most important aspect of every job. At BCG, we pride ourselves on exceptional execution through continued collaboration and communication.

• Personal Attention- displaying a genuine care about the project. As a family, our projects and passion are evident in our daily lives. We are always discussing projects and what needs to be accomplished. We plan and strategize more than just at the office. We have discussions around the dinner table and in the living room. We will give your project the attention it deserves outside of the typical nine-to-five schedule.

Communication:

BCG knows firsthand that we are your daily eyes and ears. We will regularly and clearly communicate with everyone involved for continued support and cooperation. We will not always tell you what you want to hear, but we will always tell you what you need to hear. We outline clear expectations at the onset of every project. This approach, along with the fact that we will work with you every step of the way, will assure everyone involved that the project is done on time and within budget. Our communication will come in many different forms. It will be direct and will have the job’s greater good in mind.
We are responsible for the communication between all parties. We are thorough and correspond in a clear and meaningful manner. Updating and reporting is crucial in effectively communicating. We pride ourselves on being transparent and up-to-date during all phases of the construction process.

Leadership:

Senior members of BCG are involved in every step of the project to ensure continued success. Our leadership team at BCG is only comprised of members of the Barone family. At BCG we are passionate about what we are trying to accomplish with your project and the community. Our livelihood depends on our ability to successfully accomplish these goals and keep everyone
involved happy. We believe in leading by example and instill this in every member of our team. We know how to achieve goals and inspire people along the way. Our leaders display high moral character, are trustworthy, communicate clearly, and will be present from the first meeting and day-to-day operations, to job site safety and the project’s endpoint.
